Wall stretch
Lean with one knee straight
and heel down; bend other knee
Stretch sole of foot for 10 seconds, then relax and stand up
Repeat 20 times for each sore foot
Table stretch
Lean onto table or counter; spread feet with one in front of the other
Flex knees and squat; press heels downward for 10 seconds, then stand up
20x
Repeat 20 times for each sore foot
