Since the new year has just started, I would recommend everyone wears either bright colours or sequined fabrics for parties. I am wearing: Dress: from Paule Ka Paris; Shoes: from Kurt Geiger.
My top personalities of the week
Sam and Gabriela Katiela. This power couple started one of the first event production companies in the UAE that is behind some of the most prestigious events in the region (check out www.mamemo.tv). They are hard-working, ambitious, kind and successful. True role models, for sure!

With my travel-centric job, I often have to go from plane-hopping to being red carpet-ready. My top restaurant of the week
I have found my new Friday lunch place and I'd highly recommend it to everyone. Villamoré is a Mediterranean restaurant that opened in the new Emerald Palace Kempinski in Palm Jumeirah. I had a lovely time celebrating my mother's birthday with family and friends. The ambience, food, view and staff made me feel as though I was in Europe.
My event of the week
The Beach Polo Cup Dubai that was held at Skydive Dubai. One of the most elegant events of the year, it had glamorous guests, delicious food and amazing entertainment. The hospitality was beyond expectation. Mamemo Production, you did it again!
My advice of the week
New Year's resolution: forget and forgive! Start the new year with a fresh mind and set some goals for yourself.
