1-second squats
Hold soccer ball with flexed elbows
 
Standing Ball Roll 
Roll ball forward, then in an arc around the side, to the back, then forward again
Repeat on the other side
 
Backward lunge

Move weight backward onto rear leg and bring feet together
Repeat on the other side
Do not push off with front foot
