The National Centre of Meteorology in UAE has warned drivers to take all precautions and follow traffic regulations, after issuing a warning that convective cloud formation associated with rainfall and fresh winds will cause blowing dust and sand.
In a statement today, the NCM said that visibility is expected to be less than 2,000 metres at times over scattered areas specially coastal and western until 6 pm.
Sea in the Arabian Gulf could remain rough to very rough with waves as high as 11 ft hitting the shores.

Light to moderate rain was reported over Al Ain, Dalma island among other places.
UAE residents can expect more rain in the next few days, the National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) had said.
