Three Pakistanis were found dead under mysterious conditions inside a villa in Sharjah's Al Qadisiya area on Tuesday.
According to the police, the three deceased have been identified as M. Arshad (24), M. Fayez (45) and S. Ahmed (38). They were roommates and worked at different places in Sharjah.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the death was caused by toxic gas emitted from an LPG cylinder or air conditioner, which was found running.
The police said they received a call from someone who came to the house to check on the victims. A police team comprising criminal investigation department officials, forensic experts, ambulance and crime scene experts reached the house and found the men already dead.
The bodies were shifted to forensic laboratory for autopsy to determine the cause of the death.
