Candidates must meet the following criteria: They should be at least 21 years of age at the time of joining, have an arm reach of 212cm when standing on tiptoes, and be able to adapt to new people, new places and new situations.
Candidates are required to register online on the Emirates Group careers website and wait to receive an invitation email prior to attending the recruitment event. Candidates who qualify will be informed of the venue details for the assessment day.
Candidates who are invited for the assessment day will need to come prepared to spend the full day at the venue.
Cabin crew are offered a complete employment package, which includes a variety of benefits such as tax-free income, free first-rate shared accommodation in Dubai, free transport to and from work, medical and dental cover, as well as exclusive discounts on shopping and leisure activities in Dubai.
The salary details are as follows: Basic salary: Dh4,260 / month; Flying pay: Dh61.25 / hour based on avg. 80-100 hours / month; Average total pay: Dh9,770 / month
Leave and leave travel: 30 calendar days leave per year. One firm free annual leave ticket is provided to your country of origin. The ticket can be changed to any EK destination after 3 years of service.
