This workout, 3 to 5 times a week, includes all the training you will need
WARM UP
5-10 minutes
Walk, bike or jog until you break into a light sweat
Shoulders
ChestBack
Arms
Abdominals
Legs
STRENGTH
Balance your exercises so that they develop all these areas, and equally on both sides
Variable time
Allow 48 to 72 hours between strength sessions

CARDIO
Cycling, running, swimming, stair-climbing or cross-country skiing are all good options
6-10 minutes or more
(On a gym machine or outdoors)
