The gold and diamond retail jewellery chain is now planning a US foray.
"We plan to open seven showrooms in the US. In the next two months, we have three showroom openings in Chicago, New Jersey and Houston. We will open two more showrooms in Saudi Arabia, one in Singapore and another outlet in Malaysia," said Joy Alukkas, chairman and managing director of Joyalukkas Group.
Alukkas added: "Six years ago, gold prices hovered near $1,920. Today, it is hovering around $1,290 to $1,300. It will take time to go back to previous levels again."
