Kashmiri leader Amanullah passes away

Islamabad - According to Kashmir Media Service, Amanullah Khan breathed his last early Tuesday morning at a hospital after fighting a year-long battle against chronic lung disease.

Prominent Kashmiri leader and the founding member of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Amanullah Khan died after a prolonged illness in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Amanullah Khan breathed his last early Tuesday morning at a hospital after fighting a year-long battle against chronic lung disease.
Meanwhile, JKLF Vice Chairman Saleem Haroon expressed sympathies and condolences over the loss of the movement workers and the bereaved family.
A JKLF spokesman said that the funeral prayers of the deceased would be held at Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi on Wednesday at 11:00am.
