My skin gets extremely dry during the cooler months and then feels itchy. Could you give me a remedy for this problem?
- Annie
Add 1 tablespoon almond powder to honey and rose water to make a rich, creamy paste. Apply this to the skin and scrub mildly after 20 minutes to exfoliate the dry skin; skin will be smooth, soft and radiant. Do this every day for amazing results.
I have black spots on my face, especially around my nose. They seem like they are birth marks but are increasing in number. Please help me with a remedy.

Thanks for writing in. A picture would have been helpful. Potato is an effective bleaching agent. Simply grate potato and squeeze out the juice. Mix 1 teaspoon of potato juice with 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel and apply this to your face twice a day. You may leave it on overnight for quick results.

My hair has been getting thinner. Does applying oil to the hair really help with this problem? What kind of hair oil should I use and should I add anything to it?
- Meera
Nourishing scalp with coconut milk or oils like almond oil or coconut oil thrice a week helps activate circulation and improves the growth and quality of hair. Try any of the above and witness the results.

My skin has become very saggy and I look older than I should. I have a good diet and sleep well, with a good exercise routine too. What can I do? I am also losing my hair.

Add 1 tablespoon carrot juice to 1 tablespoon organic honey and 1 vitamin E capsule. Mix well, and apply to saggy skin. Rinse after an hour with cold water. Do this every day. For hair loss, grate raw onion juice and mix 1 tablespoon of it with 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon castor oil. Massage into scalp. You may leave this on overnight or for couple of hours a day. Do this every alternate day. A light shampoo is best; avoid conditioner. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water. I'm sure you will see results soon.

I enjoy using tea tree oil to solve my acne problems. However, I've noticed that applying this concentrated serum directly on the pimples also dries out my skin. How can I use it so that it does not affect me in a negative manner?
- Noor
Tea tree oil, if directly applied on pimples, will indeed dry the skin. Add the oil to an equal quantity of rose water to avoid this and yet reduce the pimples.
