UAE weather: Hot, humid and partly cloudy day ahead

Dubai - Mercury will touch 49°C in interior parts, but there could also be some rain in the east and south in the afternoon.

It will be a hot, humid and partly cloudy day in the UAE on Friday, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).
Highs of 49 degrees will be experienced in interior parts of the country, but there could also be some rain in the east and south of the country in the afternoon.
Humidity along the coast is forecast to reach 80 per cent, interior parts will be at 70 per cent.
Light to moderate winds, freshening at times, will blow dust and sand and diminish horizontal visibility at times over exposed areas.
The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
