During the ceremony, the graduates who had successfully completed stringent disciplinary and military training, demonstrated military formations before the audience. Brigadier Dr. Ghaith Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Police Academy, welcomed the guests and highlighted the leading position of the academy among major international police training schools. The Crown Prince also posed for a memorial photo with the teaching staff and the graduates.
The first Emirati women who got a doctorate from Dubai Police, Fatima Hamdan Rashid Algsah Dhanhani, said: "This would not have happened without the support that I received from the graduates and colleagues. We have to move towards excellence because it is the best way to give back the nation and bring justice."
