Dubai - The legendary American glam rock band is performing at Atlantis The Palm tonight
A packed programme of events and activities for New Year’s Eve has been announced by Dubai. Residents and visitors will experience an array of world-class entertainment, spectacular fireworks and concerts taking place across the city.
The headline act at tonight’s concert series in town is American glam rock pioneer KISS show aptly titled 'Kiss 2020 Goodbye’ concert, and the band is asking music lovers to join them tonight as they big goodbye to 2020.
“It’s all been leading up to this… tomorrow we take to our epic stage and #KISS2020Goodbye in LEGENDARY #KISS fashion. Come be a part of the biggest New Year’s event in the world with us” the band tweeted on its official handle yesterday.
The performance at Atlantis, The Palm’s New Year’s Eve concert is going to be creating records of sorts for a live show. With the $10 million spectacular, that includes the construction of a massive 250-foot stage, the band aims to create a Guinness world record.
The show, which will be filmed by more than 50 cameras providing 360-degree views, will be streamed live online from 9pm. Limited seating is available at the hotel for Dh2,500 per person including a seat at a poolside table and all food and drink up until midnight when the fireworks go off. The show will be streamed live.
