The UAE, which is home to over 200 nationalities, embraces multiple cultures. Two grateful residents of the country have found a unique way to celebrate this diversity as the UAE marked its 44th National Day yesterday. They released a poignant audio-visual tribute that salutes the nation in 44 languages on YouTube.

Titled #KullunaEmarat, the five-minute video is directed by Indian expat Satheesh Eriyalath, managing director of Auxity International; and produced by his compatriot, Muhamad Ashraf of Muhamad Reliance Lubricants, Sharjah, to celebrate the UAE's achievements and to highlight the spirit of solidarity that binds every resident of the nation.

#KullunaEmarat features 44 singers, all of them based in the UAE, who express their love and admiration for the nation in their native language. The video highlights the cultural heritage of the nation, the warm hospitality that the nation provides to all, and the amazing pace of development, while also paying rich tribute to the UAE martyrs.

Each artist sings about a different facet of the nation. Shot in less than a month, #KullunaEmarat stands a chance to achieve a world record in terms of most number of languages used in a single song, the makers claimed. The song is composed by renowned south Indian musician Jassie Gift and edited by Bollywood's rising editor Samjith Mhd. The project has been designed by Varghese Antony with post production done by Auxity International LLC.

Satheesh Eriyalath said the project is a humble tribute to a nation that has given people from all over the world a great platform to grow personally and professionally.

"Every UAE resident takes pride in the amazing growth story of this nation, led by the visionary guidance of the nation's founding leaders, and the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; and Their Highnesses, Members of the Supreme Council and the Rulers of the Emirates.

"As the nation marks the 44th National Day, we wanted to salute the country, its leadership, the Emiratis and every resident to strengthen our spirit of solidarity. Music is a powerful medium to communicate the message of love, peace and solidarity, and what better way than to express our message to the nation than through 44 languages, to coincide with the 44th National Day."

Muhamad Ashraf said the project reflects the pride and deep respect UAE residents have for the nation and its leadership. "The nation has given us all a very encouraging and positive growth environment. It has helped businesses prosper and families live a better life. We can only say thank you to the nation and express our solidarity with the leadership and people."

The song's video was viewed about 15,000 times within 24 hours after it was released on Tuesday.
