Tilal City sales launched in Oman

Cluttons, a global real estate agent and the exclusive marketing and sales partner of Tilal City, will promote the Dh2.4 billion project through its offices in Hatat and Beach One in Oman.

Tilal Properties has launched sales for its flagship Sharjah-based land development, Tilal City, in Muscat, Oman.
The step was a result of the continued interest seen from Omani investors in the project.
Cluttons, a global real estate agent and the exclusive marketing and sales partner of Tilal City, will promote the Dh2.4 billion project through its offices in Hatat and Beach One in Oman.
This will give Omani residents an opportunity to gain more information about the project and book and pay for a plot through bank transfers to Tilal City. Contracts will be handed over in Oman.
Special site visits can also be arranged for prospective buyers.
Khalifa Al Shaibani, director-general of Tilal Properties, said: "The launch of Tilal City sales in Oman was driven by the increasing interest from potential investors. The launch further cements Tilal Properties' commitment to diversifying Sharjah's real estate industry. The step allows us to expand our presence in the Omani market for engaging a new wave of investors."

The development allows buyers to select from a portfolio with options for sale, lease and personal use. Freehold land plots are now available to purchase for Omani nationals.
Split into five zones (A-E), the master-planned community will occupy an area of 25 million square feet and provide affordable housing for 55,000 to 65,000 residents in apartments, villas and townhouses.
Tilal City is just 10km from Sharjah International Airport and within convenient commuting distance to nearby emirates, with Dubai only two kilometres away.
