Some tennis-specific warm-up exercises
Before stretching
Jog, walk or cycle for 5-10 minutes, until you sweat lightly
Shoulder stretch
Reach with dominant arm over your shoulder, as if you were serving
Try to touch other hand behind your back
Leg stretches
Stand with hands against a wall or tree
Keep your heels pressed downward as you take small steps backward
Hold for several seconds at stretched-out point
Targets: Achilles tendons and hamstring muscles
