USING THE BALL
Move slowly
Wear loose clothing
Maintain good balance and body control
Avoid pressing ball with your skin, which will stick to it
MARCHING
Alternate raising arm and knee on opposite sides
PELVIC CIRCLES
Sit erect and turn waist to one side, then the other
ARM, LEG LIFTS
Lie with shoulders on ball,
feet on floor; alternate raising
arm and lifting knee on
opposite sides
ARM, LEG LIFTS 2
Lie on ball facing floor; alternate raising arm and straightening leg on opposite sides
