 KNEE TEST
Face a low wall and see how far upward your foot can be pulled
HIP TEST, Rear
Face a low wall and see how far back your foot can stretch

ANKLE TEST
With your toe on a step, see how far down the heel can be lowered without pushing
HIP TEST
Sitting upright, see how far your knee can be lowered without pushing
SHOULDER TEST
Test how high your straight arms can be lifted



ELBOW TEST
See how straight your arms can be held, palms up
WRIST TEST
Find out how far your wrist can be flexed against a wall
