Dubai — Hologram Players and Thrissur Tigers posted easy victories to enter the final of the First Royal Truck Transport T20 League in Umm Al Quwain.

In the semifinals, Hologram Players defeated Continental Group while Thrissur Tigers beat Asics CC. The first semifinals saw Hologram Players post an impressive 256 after opting to bat first. Hasan Saood was the key batsman scoring a quickfire 106 from just 41 deliveries supported by eight fours and nine sixes.

Jahan Zaib Khan chipped in with a crucial 28-ball 45 while Rizwan Sadiq fired 42 from 22 deliveries after Vishnu K Sukumaran had provided a great start with a 27-ball 39 including six boundaries and six. Chasing a huge target, Continental Group were under pressure from the start as Ali Ahmed scalped four wickets while Muhammad Waseem picked up two to restrict them for 164 for eight in 20 overs. While Usama Ahmed top scored with 46, Nawas Mital hit 34 for Continental Group.
