CP issues executive orders

Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammd bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council issued five orders pertaining to the Community Development authority in Dubai; use of treated sewerage for irrigating private farms in the emirate; setting up of trustees council for Dubai School of Government as well as the appointment of deputy director of Dubai Municipality.

Article 1 of order No 20 for 2012 regarding the approval of organisational structure for the Community development Authority in Dubai stipulates that the structure for the authority shall be approved, while Article 2 mandates the duties of the director general of the authority.

Order No 21 fixes the charges of using the treated sewerage for irrigating the private farms in the emirate. As per Article 1 of the order, owners of lands used as private farms in the emirate shall be charged 2.5fils for each square metre of the total area.

Order No 22 forms the council of trustees of the Dubai School of Government with Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash as its chairman.

Order No 23 appoints Essa Al Haj Khadim Butti Al Maidor as deputy director general of Dubai Municipality with the grade of Executive director as per the provisions of the Human resources Law of Dubai Government.

Order No 24 calls for appointing Al Maidor on category A of the categories stipulated in Article 223 of the Human resources Act of Dubai Government.

All orders shall come into force from the date of issue and will be published in the official gazette. —
