Al Mansoori re-elected

IAEM council presidentsan francisco — The International Association of Emergency Managers’ (IAEM) International Council has re-elected Khaled Abdulla Al Mansoori for another two-year term of presidency in recognition of his tireless efforts and leadership for delivering the council’s goals.

Al Mansoori has made remarkable progress in areas of international conventions on crisis and disaster management and organisation of international specialised conferences, meetings and workshops on relevant topics.

Al Mansoori was re-elected during the council’s recent meeting in San Francisco, the US, in the presence of its 58 members — states and non-profit organisations. On this occasion, Al Mansoori said, “The re-election crowned the UAE’s unremitting efforts in emergency and crisis preparedness. It reflects the prominent standing of the UAE among the nations of the world in this sector.”
