Karn Sharma and Swapnil Singh bag four key wickets to secure a 35-run victory in Hyderabad
The DP World Tour announced on Thursday that the opening round's play at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic would commence at 1:15pm after a delayed start in the morning due to ground and weather conditions.
Officials informed that the course conditions are improving, but the Emirates Golf Club will remain closed to the general public for today. Earlier, the organisers informed that several roads to the course were flooded and advised visitors to refrain from attempting to get to the golf course. The course will be open only to the players, the caddies, officials and the media.
The organisers also announced that as parking spaces are limited, the best option for visitors is to take the Dubai metro. The Al Khail Metro Station, is situated right at the entrance of the Emirates Golf Club.
