Third suspect in Al Ain shooting held
Within less than 48 hours after a shooting incident which killed two Omanis in Al Jimi in Al Ain on Friday, the third suspect allegedly involved in the incident was apprehended early on Sunday by the Abu Dhabi Police.
A statement released by the Abu Dhabi Police on Sunday confirmed that investigation is going on to bring out more details and to find out the real reasons that spurred the shooting.
The public shall be updated on the developments of the case through media upon completing the probe into the incident, the statement revealed.
Earlier, the Abu Dhabi Police posted on social networking sites including Twitter and Facebook facts about the incident as soon as it had occurred and has been posting fresh details daily in order to avoid spread of rumours.
