Supreme Court appoints four-member committee of administrators led by former CAG Vinod Rai to run BCCI.
Historian Ramachandra Guha, IDFC official Vikram Limaye, former women cricket captain Diana Edulji also in the panel.
Apex court rejects Centre's plea to appoint Secretary of Sports Ministry as one of the administrators.
Supreme Court refers to its earlier judgment debarring ministers and government servants from holding office in BCCI.
