This comes to effect from Tuesday, February 23. Cafeterias and restaurants that "provide fast food" are exempted from the new rule. Delivery services are also allowed.

Previously, eateries had to close down by 12 midnight. This has been reduced further.

This is the latest in a string of new Covid safety rules announced in Ajman and across the UAE.
