Kai Po Che! - is originally a Gujarati phrase that means "I have cut", referring to
the Makar Sankranti pursuit (known as Uttarayan in Gujarat), where a competitor uses their kite to cut off another competitor's kite, subsequently yelling "Kai Po Che!" when it is completed. This year's Kite Masti, where all the Kai Po Che fun will be taking place, will be at Al Mamzar Park on Friday from 10am.
