Sonakshi Sinha supports online reading initiative for children amidst coronavirus crisis

Pehlay Akshar, an NGO focused on creating safe learning spaces for children and teachers, has roped in Sonakshi Sinha for their initiative #AStoryADay.
"We are on a mission to help underprivileged children, out of school due to the #covid19 crisis, to learn and dream by sharing simple English stories on http://astoryaday.in. Supporting us with this initiative is @sonakshisinha, talented actor and friend," wrote Pehlay Akshar on their Twitter handle May 23.
Sonakshi reads the story The New Girl, by Srividhya Venkat in the video available on YouTube. "Lets make sure the learning doesn't stop. You can read out a story for them too," wrote Sonakshi on her Twitter account.
