LG launches customer centre in Qatar

DOHA LG Electronics has launched a dedicated Customer Information Centre (CIC) in Qatar. Company officials say the centre has been established -as others globally and in the region -as a result of listening to customer requirements and the implementation of a customer-focused policy by LG.

CV Rappai, Director and General Manager of Video Home & Electronic Centre, the sole agent for for LG in Qatar, said: "The Centre here in Qatar will provide a service 16 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the aim of enhancing our after-sales service and customer care. CIC will offer a one-stop service, which includes product manuals, new product information, prices, information on showroom and service centre locations. It will provide easy tracking of customers' details through both customer and service databases and will," he added, "provide quick responses from trained counselors. In addition, we will be checking on customer satisfaction through what we are calling a "happy call' - a monitoring call after installation or repair of LG equipment."
