Dubai-based Azizi Developments sets 2015 as an ambitious year with the launch of five more residential projects in Al Furjan, a Nakheel-developed community located behind Ibn Battuta Mall.
It further plans to build luxury serviced apartments on Palm Jumeirah and a hotel in Dubai Healthcare City, bringing the estimated project value to Dh4.5 billion.
The real estate developer currently has five residential projects under construction in the Al Furjan area. Each housing complex is named with a brand prefix - Feirouz, Yasamine, Orchid, Liatris and Iris. It features one, two and three-bedrooms and completion date is scheduled for December 2015. Details about the newly-announced schemes were not provided.
