Ajman city all prepared for Eid

Ajman - Ajman Municipality has arranged entertainment programmes and activities in parks for the visitors.

Ajman city is all decked up to welcome Eid revellers with colorful lights and decorations.
The Ajman Municipality completed decoration of parks, public areas, streets, squares, government buildings and roundabouts in the emirate on Monday. Colourful lights are installed and trees are planted to beautify the city for the Eid days along with signboards that share the happiness of Eid and greetings to pubic.
The civic body has arranged entertainment programmes and activities in parks for the visitors. Municipality workers and cleaners will be working round the clock on Eid days to ensure pleasant atmosphere for residents and visitors, said an official.
Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, Director-General of Ajman Municipality, said that the health sector will be conducting inspections, targeting food outlets, restaurants and hyper markets to ensure food safety.
He added that abattoirs of the municipality are all set to receive the consumers.
He urged residents to avoid illegal slaughtering of animals and not to deal with mobile venders. He called on public to cooperate with the municipality by calling 80026, which works 24 hours, to report any illegal activities.
