Raheel vows to control unrest in Balochistan

Army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif has warned ‘foreign governments and intelligence agencies’ against their involvement in the ongoing unrest in Balochistan.

Gen. Raheel vowed to crush terrorism in the country saying the terrorists and their supporters would not find any refuge in the country. He announced continuation of development projects in the province by military organisations despite insurgent attacks.

“The army chief warned foreign states and intelligence agencies against trying to destabilise Pakistan by supporting terrorists in Balochistan. We’ll defeat them comprehensively,” military spokesman Maj-Gen Asim Bajwa quoted the army chief as saying.
