The happenings around the town

Challenge. accepted?
Starting September 6, Lifestyle Yoga is hosting a 30-day yoga challenge to help you transform your life.
Lose weight, gain strength and detox - that's the plan. The challenge consists of 90-minute yoga sessions and four diet plans that must be strictly adhered to. Participants can choose between the Al Nahda 1 or Shangrila Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road venues (although exceptions can be made to allow sessions at home, if need be).
The idea is to develop commitment and consistency, say the organisers. "It's not about the number of classes you take; it's about daily lifestyle yoga practice."
Participants that successfully complete the month-long challenge will be entered into a draw to win exciting prizes.
