ANTIOXIDANT FIX
Serves: 1

This blend is packed with antioxidants and high in protein, giving your body the essential nutrients required to get the most of your workout.

Ingredients
350 ml almond milk
1 cup blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla whey
Ice, as required

Method
Blend all together, until smooth, with ice.

KICKSTART
Serves: 1

Get your greens in! This veggie-packed smoothie is full of everything you should've eaten today but didn't have time for. It boasts four servings of nutrient-dense greens, giving you a kickstart to reaching your daily requirements.

Ingredients
350 ml apple juice
1 cup spinach
½ cup chopped kale
6 cucumber discs
2 broccoli florets
1 cup strawberries
Ice, as required

Method
Blend all together until smooth; add ice to top it off.
