I'm a 35-year-old man, and have extra hair growth on the cheekbone area. Sometimes, I remove it by threading, but the regrowth is thick, and the skin is blemished with dark spots. Is there a homemade solution for permanent hair removal?

Laser hair removal might be a better option for you at this point. But you can address the dark spots by making a mask of coconut milk and corn flour; apply this on your face every day.
I am a 54-year-old woman suffering from hair loss. I have tried all kinds of remedies but with no result.

Your hair fall can be reduced if you're not using chemical-based hair colours or dyes. For a natural home remedy, boil two tablespoons of grated green pumpkin and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in 8 tablespoons of coconut oil mixed with 1 teaspoon of castor oil. Allow the mixture to rest overnight, filter it the next day, warm it up slightly and apply on your scalp. Shampoo hair after 2 hours. Do this twice a week.
I am a 16-year-old girl. My hair seems to be greying prematurely. It is also very frizzy, and has a lot of split ends, in addition to dandruff. I seldom use hair oil: is that the cause of all my hair trouble?

Make sure you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Apply the following mixture on your hair three times a week - a blend of 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons aloe vera, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice, beaten well. Massage this into your scalp and hair, and rinse after two hours.
Recently, I asked for a remedy for an oily, itchy scalp and falling hair; you suggested massaging the head with a mix of aloe vera gel, lemon juice, and tea tree oil. But how often should I use it - once a week or every night?

The aloe vera, lemon juice and tea tree oil treatment should be done every alternate day. Reduce it to twice a week once you see improvement in your scalp and hair condition.
