Mercury to see a slight dip, humidity to stay
NCMS said the weather will be 'hot to very hot' in general, while being partly cloudy and hazy at times.
The clouds will increase over some eastern areas, and may become convective with some rain at times by the afternoon, NCMS said.
Moderate winds in general, freshening at times and causing blowing dust and sand over exposed areas.
"The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and tomorrow early morning over some coastal areas. Sea will be moderate, becoming rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea," the statement added.
The lowest temperature recorded in the UAE this morning was 21.6 °C in the Jais Mountain at 5:45am.
Temperatures will range from 38 to 43°C along the coast, 39 to 44°C in the mountains and 31 to 36°C in the interior regions.
The maximum humidity would be between 60 and 90 per cent across coastal regions, between 40 and 70 per cent in internal areas and 35 and 65 per cent in the mountains.
Winds will be south-easterly to north-easterly, with a speed of 15 to 25 kmph and be reaching 35kmph at times.
The statement added that on Monday and Tuesday, the conditions are likely to be the same.
