More rains likely in parts of Fujairah
Rains ranging from heavy to moderate lashed some internal parts of the northeastern region of the country on Friday afternoon. Parts of Fujairah, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah were affected.
The downpour rendered wadis and water canals to overflow with rainwater especially at Wadi Shawka, Wadi Asfini, Wadi Al Al Ojaili, Wadi Mai, Wadi Al Helu and Al-Farfar. The torrential rainfall also poured down on some parts of the mountain range of Fujairah city and internal mountains of the northeastern parts of the country.
More rain is likely as the sky is still overcast.
