Foggy, humid weather forecast for UAE today

Chance of cloud formation and isolated rain over some part of the country during the afternoon.

Fog caused poor visibility in some parts of the country in the early hours of Tuesday morning, according to the National Centre for Meteorology (NCM).
There is a chance of cloud convective formation and isolated rain over some part of the country during the afternoon, the NCM said.

In general, the weather will be fair to partly cloudy at times, with maximum temperature expected today is 39°C and a minimum of 17°C.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds, freshening at times, are also expected.

The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas. Motorists should drive carefully as there is a chance of fog and mist formation.
The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

 
In an earlier report the NCM has also warned of the possibility of a tropical cyclone formation in the Arabian Sea. The NCM said it will keep monitoring the situation and provide updates accordingly.
