Dubai labour court services moved to new branch

Dubai - Both the labour court and the execution department have already started offering their services at the new building.

All the services of Dubai's labour and execution court have been moved to its new building in Al Aweer, it was announced on Sunday, August 16.
Dubai Courts said the move comes as part of their goal to upgrade its judicial systems and improve services to further accelerate the process of issuing decisions and judgments.
Both the labour court and the execution department have already started offering their services at the new building. Litigants may now register all cases related to disputes between an employer and an employee. Services also cover the execution of orders, judgments and decisions issued by the Dubai Courts and the DIFC Court; as well as writs of reconciliation, authenticated documents, and the execution of judgments issued outside the country.

The building is located in Al Aweer area in Dubai, where services are provided from Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 2pm. T
Through this new branch, Dubai Court is determined to provide the best, most convenient services to its customers.
