Covid-19: 14 businesses fined in Dubai, five warned
Dubai - Out of 653 establishments inspected, 634 were found compliant with precautionary measures set to curb the spread of Covid-19.

As UAE authorities continued to crack down on violators of Covid-19 safety measures, hundreds have already been penalised. Some shops were shut, others were warned, and a number of residents have had to pay up fines. In the Capital alone, the Abu Dhabi Police have issued 1,672 fines over a two-month period.
Among the most common violations of commercial establishments were employees' failure to wear masks and lack of social distancing.
