Delivery boy takes money, then kisses British housewife in Dubai

Dubai - "I paid him the money and took the bags, but all of a sudden he jumped on me making me fall down. He tried to kiss me on the neck, and grope me and touch me all over".

A grocery worker, who allegedly sexually assaulted a housewife at her place, faced trial on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old Indian allegedly attacked the British woman who was then by herself in the garden. He kissed and touched her against her will, and ran out when she said she would call the police.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge in the Court of First Instance.
The complaint was filed on May 31 at Bur Dubai police station.
The 35-year-old housewife said she had ordered a few things from the nearby grocery. When the delivery man arrived, she let him enter her house compound where she sat.
"I paid him the money and took the bags, but all of a sudden he jumped on me making me fall down. He tried to kiss me on the neck, and grope me and touch me all over".
She pushed him away telling him she would call the police. That made him leave her and run.
She then informed her husband who called the police.
"We went to the woman's house that day, and she looked like she had been drinking alcohol. She told us the accused sexually assaulted her," a policeman told the prosecutor.
However, the accused told the cops after his arrest at the grocery that the housewife had invited him to drink with her. "According to the accused, when he did not accept her invitation, she made up the story that he sexually assaulted her."
A biological expert's report said the defendant's DNA traces were found on the woman's neck. This could only result from touching, kissing or biting.
A ruling is expected on December 14.
