Ras Al Khaimah - The driver apparently seemed to be unknowing of the underway restricted movement of people.

It was 2am and all the roads of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah were empty, except for police patrols roaming everywhere.

They were there to ensure public safety and carry out a full observation of the ongoing National Sterilisation Program in the country.
All of a sudden, a police patrol noticed a white SUV coming from a distance on one of the roads.
The driver apparently seemed to be unaware of the restriction of movement of people and vehicles in place.
"Assalmu Alaikum (Peace be upon you)," a cop said, asking the motorist to show him her driving license and the registration card.
The driver, who was wearing a face mask, immediately gave him the papers.
Staff Col Yousef S.Y. Al Zaabi, Director of Special Forces, RAK Police, who was following the situation live from the Command and Control Room, RAK Police, asked the officer for the reason behind stopping the car.
"From the Command and Control Room to Saif-1, why did you stop the car", he inquired.
"To verify her documents," he replied.
She turned out to be working with the medical sector and was heading home after the end of her shift, as per the papers she presented, he added.
In reply, Staff Col Al Zaabi asked the officer to send her their regards, greetings and sincere appreciation.
"Please, tell her that all the people in the UAE are proud of her and that of her fellow workers in the medical sector," he said by means of the radio that the officer was holding for her to hear from.
"May Almighty Allah bless you," he prayed.
The woman driver, touched by the senior officer's nice words, put her hand on her face and her eyes were filled with tears.
The officer let the driver go while saluting her.
