20% discount on parking in Sharjah

Sharjah - The documents required to avail the discounts include car registrations, employee cards and ID cards.

The Sharjah Municipality has offered 20 per cent discount on parking subscriber fees for retirees, university students, as well as local and federal government employees in the emirate.
Attif Al Zarooni, director of the parking department at Sharjah Municipality said the initiative is for exceptional subscribing cards. subscription which is offered to citizen and expatriates based in the emirate.
He explained that the 20 per cent discount is offered in all three subscriptions. For example, a three months subscriber belonging to the above category will now pay only Dh600, while a six months subscriber needs to pay only Dh1,050 and an annual subscriber needs to pay Dh1,850.

Al Zarooni added that three types of parking cards are offered including, personal subscribing card, commercial subscribing car and exceptional subscribing card.
