After being dealt knockout punches and being shown the door by its rivals, Nokia announced back in May that it is ready to make another run at the wild, wild mobile device race.
Rumours are gaining traction now, and apparently, the Nokia C1 - which is expected to be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat - will be released towards the end of the year.
Leaks have shown some renders of it:

While it does look similar to some other smartphones out there, it's a breath of fresh air to see Nokia creeping back into the game.
Some of the rumoured specs are a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and a 13MP main camera.
Let's face it: it'll be interesting to see what Nokia - the maker of some of the most iconic phones such as the 5110, 7110, 7650, 3650 and the indestructible 3210 - can do in today's day and age. They were the world's dominant force in the mobile phone space - until Apple, Samsung and the rest of the field crushed it.
Welcome back, Nokia.
