The announcement follows a difficult spell for the royal family after both Charles and his daughter-in-law Catherine, revealed that they had cancer
Salma Hayek says that she doesn’t have time to go to the gym to maintain her figure because of her work and family commitments. “Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that,” people.com quoted Hayek as saying. The 48-year-old star usually works long hours and can rarely squeeze in a gym session.
“I don’t have time to exercise. I am working. I’ve had some 20-hour days,” she said.
“I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long, so even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles,” Hayek added.
The Mexican beauty admits that she practices restorative yoga when she gets the time. “It’s restorative yoga, she taught me to tone (my muscles) without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have,” she said. IANS
