Dubai - Heavy congestion across Dubai causes delays for morning commuters

Commuters faced heavy congestion on Tuesday morning, especially on the Sheikh Zayed Road towards Dubai.
According to Google maps data, an accident occurred on Sheikh Zayed Road after Al Manara bridge towards Al Safa park bridge, resulting in traffic delays.


Another accident was reported on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road around Dubai Silicon Oasis causing backlog next to Liwan before the Dubai-Al Ain Road junction. 


Drivers can expect delays by the E66 and E311 intersection near Academic City and International City towards Dubai.

An accident was reported on the Al Awir Road near Dubai Corporation headquarters. Motorists were advised to drive with caution and take alternative routes.

In Sharjah, motorists traveling on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road from the National Paints roundabout to Mirdif City Centre towards Dubai were caught in long queues. Congestion was also reported in on Dubai Airport Road, Al Wahda street, Mirdif and Al Nahda towards Dubai.

Meanwhile in Abu Dhabi, traffic jams were reported on Al Shahama Road at the Eastern Mangroves and near Al Maqta Bridge from Al Ain heading towards Abu Dhabi.
