Have grievance against Dubai Economy? Here is how to appeal
Dubai - Committee established to file appeal against decisions of Dubai Economy and its agencies.
Dubai Economy has set up the Grievance Committee where people can file an appeal against the decision and action taken by Dubai Economy and its agencies.
The grievances will be reviewed and notified to the submitter within five days.
The Grievance Committee receives appeals from customers and suppliers against the decision and actions taken by Dubai Economy and its agencies.
The grievance to submitted with the following details:
> Name, profession, and address of the appellant
> Decision/action relevant to the grievance and date of its issuance or communication thereof, or date of the notification received by appellant
> Reasons for submitting the grievance
> The Committee shall consider the grievance within 30 days of the receiving it and notify the applicant on the decision taken within five days.
