A three-year-old boy whose arm got stuck in a swimming pool's drain has been rescued by the Dubai Police.
It turned out that the child was able to remove the cover of the drain while he was in the pool at their house on Dubai-Al Aid Road.
When the police's maritime rescue team arrived, they immediately started removing water from the pool to reduce the pressure and cut off the electricity.
A special equipment was then used to smash the area around the pipe, open it up, and lift the child's hand. It took the police two hours to rescue the boy. The ambulance was also at the site to check on his condition.
