The Ras Al Khaimah police have urgently evacuated a multi-story old residential building in Ras Al Khaimah after concrete parts from the structure starting falling apart.  
The falling concrete parts were blamed on the recent heavy showers, according to Brigadier Abdullah Khamis Al Hadidi, Acting General Commander of Ras Al Khaimah Police.

The central operations room of the Ras Al Khaimah Police dispatched traffic patrols, ambulances, civil defence team, paramedics, and rescue teams to the site on receiving the information.
