The Frequent Traveler Pass (FTP) will cut the average Air Arabia ticket price by 30 to 35 per cent, the equivalent of 50 to 60 per cent less than other airlines. It is open to all Mashreqbank's WOW! Credit Card and debit card holders and is ongoing till August 1.

The offer comes at a time when industry observers are predicting an up trend in the travel industry in the Middle East. Whether for business or leisure, Mashreqbank's customers will find the FTP to be a cost-effective and convenient means to travel.

"This latest offering is a welcome addition to the long and growing list of benefits that Mashreqbank's WOW! Credit Card and debit card holders enjoy."

The FTP is an e-coupon book that can be exchanged for trips on any of Air Arabia's many destinations in the Middle East, North Africa and Indian subcontinent. Each FTP e-booklet costs only Dh 1,600 and contains 12 coupons that are valid till end of July 2005.

Adel Ali, CEO of Air Arabia, said, "We are delighted with this partnership with Mashreqbank, one of the most prominent banking establishments in the UAE, to offer their Credit Card holders the benefits of cost-effective regional travel. At Air Arabia, we want to continue to encourage travellers to explore neighbouring countries and this promotion with Mashreq will allow us to do so."

Mashreqbank customers who want to go to Kuwait, Bahrain, Doha or Muscat anytime within the year can acquire a one-way ticket with only one FTP coupon, or two for a two-way ticket. Customers who want to fly to Saudi Arabia can acquire a one-way ticket to Jeddah for three FTP coupons, one-way ticket to Riyadh for two FTP coupons, and a one-way ticket to Dammam for one FTP coupon.

For those going to Beirut, Alexandria, Assiut, Damascus, Aleppo, Colombo or Khartoum anytime between September 10 to December 15 this year, and again from January 5 to June 15, 2005, two FTP coupons can be exchanged for a one-way ticket, or four for a return trip ticket.

For the same destinations, anytime between June 16 and September 2004, and from December 16 to January 4 next year, a two-way ticket can be availed for six coupons.
