Lubna Al Qasimi receives ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’
Shaikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of Foreign Trade has received ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the Asia HRD Congress 2012 held in Bangalore in India.
The award was presented by Malaysian First Lady Datin Seri Rosmah, the guest of honour of the ceremony.
Sheikha Lubna received the award in recognition of her valuable role in the field of human development, support for women and young workforce as well as her charitable contributions.
On the occasion, she said that building human capacity comes on top of the priorities of UAE’s leadership quoting President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan saying that ‘The human resource development is the ultimate goal that we are make every effort to achieve.’
